Subscriber Rights to Women Win Trades™ and Sonika Tyagi

Certain pages of womenwintrades.com may be accessed only with a User ID and Password. As a paid subscriber you agree that such access to restricted portions of womenwintrades.com will be limited to the named subscriber(s) only. Paid subscribers also agree, under any and all circumstances, to not share or give their username and password to any other person or entity.

Termination of Subscription

The term of the guarantee varies with each subscription level, and it is your responsibility to understand and comply with the offer terms prior to subscribing. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the reports, newsletters, content, or service provided by Women Win Trades™ and Sonika Tyagi, you may cancel your subscription by contacting us.

We reserve the right to terminate your subscription to Women Win Trades™ and Sonika Tyagi (womenwintrades.com) at any time in our sole discretion. If we do so, we will promptly refund to you a pro-rated refund of the amount of the subscription payments you previously paid which relate to the remaining subscription period. Termination of your subscription to Women Win Trades™ and Sonika Tyagi (womenwintrades.com) may result from your violation of these Terms or any unauthorized use or reproduction or rebroadcast of any of our publications or information contained within Women Win Trades™ and Sonika Tyagi website and distributed reports, newsletters, and content.

TO CANCEL YOUR Women Win Trades™ and Sonika Tyagi MEMBERSHIP:

Please email all cancellation notices to finchannels2@gmail.com. You may cancel at any time, but it is your responsibility to initiate the cancellation and to follow-up if your cancellation request is not acknowledged by email. You must give us AT LEAST 4 DAYS notice for cancellations PRIOR to your membership renewal date. Cancellations initiated within this 4 DAY period will be billed for the next month.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

There are NO REFUNDS available for HEDGE FUND TRADE TIPS™.  You have 14 days to try out the service for free (14-day free trial).  If you remain (do nothing), you will be charged monthly (per month for the Private Access Membership Standard,” or per month for the Private Access Membership V.I.P., depending upon which service you signed up for at the Free Trial) until you elect to cancel.  Per above, be sure to cancel at least 4 days before your 14/30 days is up or you will be charged for the next month.

Regardless of what day you cancel, your card will be removed from the auto payment system immediately, but your log-in access will remain active until the end of the month. (For example, if you joined on May 13 and cancel on June 1, you will NOT be charged on June 13, but your log-in will work until June 13 when your subscription runs out).  There are no pro-rated refunds mid-month, or refunds of any kind.  You simply cancel whenever you want and you will not be charged again.  Your log-in will expire 30 days after your most recent monthly billing.  You can continue to use the service until your log-in expires.

Auto-Renewal and Cancellations

All of our memberships renew automatically at the end of the billing period (1x per month). If you wish to cancel your membership, simply contact us at least four (4) business days prior to the end of your current billing period and we will turn off auto-renewal. You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
